Edita Vilkeviciute “Exposed” by Sølve Sundsbø

While we give plenty of focus to the photography of nature, of architecture and of life in general, we have a deep respect for those who can passionately capture the beauty of the human body. Norwegian photographer Sølve Sundsbø is precisely one of these, and his latest work for Numero magazine exhibits a raw, yet tasteful vision for the photography of human beauty. It certainly doesn’t hurt that his subject is Edita Vilkeviciute, the Lithuanian model who was recently tapped as the face of the work of Karl Lagerfeld himself. Miss Vilkeviciute may be breathtaking, but Sundsbø’s vision and passion have given these photographs a higher meaning than the raw beauty they embody.
