The “Ghosts of Shopping Past” is a collection of photographs of defunct shopping malls throughout the United States, an eerie look at the disposable nature of our consumptive habits. The first photo is effective. The rest do not actually look like relics. Is this exhibition perhaps a biased statement on shopping malls in general?
