Designer Johan Carpner has created the stunning Glanta Lamp which brings the refreshing sense of natural foliage into your modern home. The design reflects Carpner’s work in textile design, using a pattern that most lighting designers wouldn’t normally employ. The name Glanta translates from Swedish as “glade”, indicative of the natural mood Carpner hopes to convey with this lamp. An excellent design marred only by the power cord that is so evident. Too bad some thought wasn’t devoted to hiding the power source for this beautiful lamp.
I thought a vine would have covered the power cord,or wire ! Still a pretty light .
