A wiser man than myself once said that a rug really ties a room together. These Galaxy Rugs by Schonstaub are an ideal centerpiece for a creative room– a home office, an art studio, a writer’s cabin. They are the work of the young design duo Schonstaub, the Swiss team of Nadja Stäubli and David Schönen. Schonstaub have created five Galaxy Rugs using a variety of astronomic images from various points in the universe. They don’t come cheap, as one of these rugs will set you back $2,100 USD. If you’ve done any shopping for modern rugs in the past, you’ll know that his is pretty pedestrian pricing, right in the middle of what you’d expect to shell out for a higher-end rug. Our question– where else will you find a rug so lust-worthy?
