The rustic, romantic interior of this private cottage takes second stage to its architectural emphasis, the over-growing greenery that has become its outer fascia. The Green Box by Act Romegialli is a restored garage structure that has been given an exterior skeleton which encourages overgrowth by local vines and other vegetation. Plants climb the steel lattice skeleton to give an idyllic, camouflaged exterior that provides privacy and an intimate connection with the nature around the structure. It provides a serene escape for its inhabitants who normally occupy a main house not far away. The Green Box, its gardening room, kitchen and living area is a lush green canvas for artful study, peaceful work or a little personal relaxation.
