John Wardle of John Wardle Architects transformed his guest house from an old sheep shearer’s quarters to a contemporary getaway. This humble, comfortable space sits on a prime plot of farm land overlooking the waters of northern Bruny Island in Tasmania. Corrugated iron panels and large floor to ceiling windows create a traditional-neets-contemporary aesthetic to the exterior of the home. A unique angular roof seems to move in unison with the natural hilly nature of the landscape.
